Bin Peng, Assistant General Manager of HuaNong Property & Casualty Insurance Company (CHIC), served at China Insurance Regulatory Commission (China’s insurance regulatory authority) from 2014 to 2016, specialize in P&C regulation. He was the chief designer of the safety architecture system in China Auto Insurance Reform Project which included premium tariff, pure risk premium calculation, and composed the China Auto Insurance Tariff Report, etc.

Mr. Peng served as Director of Auto of ZhongAn Insurance from 2017 to 2019 and successfully promoted the daily premium platform to realize a 100 times impressive growth.

He now manages the Technology & Innovation department and devotes to the strategic digital transformation of a small and medium-sized insurance company through the application of in-house technology and entrepreneurial mindset.
