Claudio has over 25 years of experience leading the analytics function across various regions worldwide. He was responsible for Advanced Analytics for Citibank globally before joining AIA in 2016. As the Head of Group Data Analytics at AIA, Claudio has been instrumental in adopting AI, resulting in increased efficiency, better customer experience, and higher sales. With solid Machine Learning and AI expertise, Claudio leverages his business knowledge in banking and insurance to deploy actionable analytics solutions. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Master's in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.
