Joy (Anongnat) Wangwatthaka leads the customer experience (CX) efforts at LMG Insurance (known as Liberty in its international markets), with a strong foundation in regional CX leadership across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam. With deep experience in both B2C and B2B contexts, she is passionate about turning customer and partner insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty. Her current focus is on bringing CX to life in the Thai market—especially in upcountry regions—by supporting agents and brokers through more intuitive digital tools, targeted campaigns, and loyalty initiatives. Previously, Joy led CX strategy at LINE Company, where she built expertise in user-centric design and cross-functional collaboration. She is known for bridging strategy with execution and for helping teams translate complex problems into practical, human-centered solutions.
