Charismatic Executive, focused on excellence in execution through transformational leadership.
Inna joined Manulife coming from KPMG in 2008. Prior to her appointment in 2020 as a Head of Asia Business Continuity, Technology & Operational Risk, Inna held various
leadership positions in North America related to Finance, Governance, Sourcing, Vendor Risk Management etc. Since coming to Hong Kong in 2015, Inna built Asia Procurement function as a Head of Asia Procurement. She then spearheaded the transformation of the Asia Treasury function being the Head of Treasury and Treasurer for the Asia Segment.
Inna is focused on transformational leadership, building high performing teams and excellence in execution. Her international experience has helped building strong networks within the segments and set up operationally efficient functions.
Inna holds Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Communication from Udmurt State University and an International MBA from Kellogg Business School, North Western University (partnered with Schulich School of Business). Inna also completed various Leadership Programs, including Executive Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management and two internal executive leadership programs at Manulife that targeted high potential leaders.
Inna has been a recipient of Stars of Excellence Award from Manulife – the highest recognition for top performing talent at Manulife. She also was Procurement Professional of the Year Honoree, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain.
Inna has completed Women’s’ Directorship Program at the Hong Kong University that equips female leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to serve on the Board as Independent Board Directors. Inna has been a Director of various Boards, including Manulife’s entity’s Boards.
