Marc Baloch is the Founder and CEO of Resonance Asia, a leading pan-Asian retained executive search and leadership advisory firm specializing in the Insurance, Wealth, and Asset Management industries.  A recognized catalyst for transformative leadership, Marc brings over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, providing expert counsel to organizations navigating the evolving complexities of these dynamic sectors. Before founding Resonance Asia, Marc spearheaded the Asian practice for a prominent global search firm, honing his deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing businesses in the region.  His insights are further enriched by a distinguished academic background, including a Master's degree in Sociology, Political Sciences, and Japanology from the University of Würzburg and a full-year scholarship at CHUO University in Tokyo, granted by the Association for International Education, Japan (AIEJ).
