Luke is the Head of Technology Controls and Governance at AIA Australia, a subsidiary of AIA Group—one of the leading life insurers in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 25 years of experience in IT risk management, information security, and cybersecurity, he leads a team of risk and compliance professionals and serves as a trusted advisor in enhancing technology risk maturity. His work aligns with evolving technologies, AIA Group’s security strategy, and Australia’s complex cyber and regulatory landscape.
Previously, Luke held senior roles at Deloitte, JPMorgan, and NTT, focusing on technology audit, technology risk, 3rd party risk management, and cybersecurity advisory. He has supported organizations across North Asia in strengthening IT regulatory compliance and building sustainable risk management frameworks.
With his prior involvements in professional development across different bodies like ISACA, HKICPA, and ACCA, he currently serves as Deputy Chairperson of the Examination Moderating Sub-Committee at the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
