Peter is currently the Chief Insurance Officer at The GBA Healthcare Group, a mission-driven healthcare company founded in Hong Kong that has been pioneering private public partnerships for healthcare services in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Peter is business-focused, results-driven, fully qualified actuary (FIAA, FASHK), financial risk manager (FRM) and value-based care (VBC) advocate in the GBA. With over 18 years of progressive and diversified experience within leading healthcare group, insurtech platform, acquisitive conglomerate, multinational life insurer, reinsurance and consultancy firms. He is an MBA graduate and empowered with high flexibility and great passion to drive changes, and a true believer in Frank Mitchell Redington's motto: “An actuary who is only an actuary is not an actuary.”
