Michael Shin oversees RGA’s business activities in Korea. As Chief Marketing Officer for RGA Asia, he handles marketing and the Asia Ideation Hub. 
He is also president of the Asia Insurance Leadership Forum (AILF), promoting industry advancement through international seminars, collaborations, and awards.
 
With over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry, he previously held executive roles at New York Life Korea and Samsung Life Insurance and spent 15 years at Prudential Financial in the US. 
 
Michael holds a B.A. degree in Economics and International Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has been a member of the LIMRA Korea Executive Board since 2007.
