Ingrid Johnson is a purpose-driven global executive and board member with 30 years of experience transforming regulated financial services institutions in SubSaharan Africa, Asia, the UK, and North America. As a Chartered Accountant and Harvard Business School AMP alumna, Ingrid is renowned for her innovative strategies
that promote sustainable growth and societal impact. As CEO of Nedbank's Corporate, Commercial, and Retail businesses, her leadership of the turnaround of
the Retail Banking cluster was most remarkable, propelling her into Group Finance Director at Old Mutual plc, where Ingrid played a key role in its £12bn demerger.
Later as Sun Life Asia's President she reinvigorated the region's strategy, growth, and innovation across 8 markets. The 2009 Harvard Business School case study on her
leading change of business banking is still taught in business schools and recently updated for HBS Online. Living in Hong Kong since January 2022, Ingrid continues to
prioritize her faith, family and fitness to enrich her focus on leading organisational change and personal renewal.
