With over 28 years of experience in (re)insurance industry across Asia markets and track record of leading multicultural teams, Qin Lu is an experienced executive with extensive experience working with regulators, insurance / reinsurance companies, digital distribution platform in the region.

Started his career with Swiss Re where he worked at for 19 years, Qin Lu held various strategic and leadership roles across Asia, including leading Swiss Re’s China business as its President.

Qin Lu joined Aon in 2016. Qin is the CEO of Greater China, oversees Aon’s business in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. He was previously Co-Head of Aon China, CEO Commercial Risk Solutions, China, and CEO Reinsurance Solutions, Greater China.

Qin is a member of the Board of Aon-COFCO Insurance Brokers Company Limited, and a member of Aon’s Global Executive Leadership Team. Qin holds an MBA from Providence College, U.S.A.
