Ratana THEAM, Chief Information Technology Officer at CB General Insurance Plc, brings over 16 years of IT expertise. He led and developed the "CB Ecosystem," tested and approved by Cambodia’s Insurance Regulator in a sandbox, ensuring it meets regulations while advancing insurance technology.
He also launched CB Mobile, the first Cambodian General Insurance Mobile App, and boosted the CB Ecosystem (known as CBRS), earning the CB Startup Award 2019. Ratana led and developed B2B and B2C platforms packed with real-time payment gateways, QR codes, and APIs connecting airlines, travel agencies, and more—plus a transparency insurance benefit that simplifies things for policyholders.
