Mr. Ho is the Chief Information Officer at AXA Hong Kong & Macau, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's entire information technology division, including technology strategy and transformation delivery involving AI, Big Data, Cloud, and Digital solutions. His primary focus is to simplify the technology architecture, maximize operations efficiency and legacy modernization for AXA. Prior to joining AXA, Gary held senior executive positions at AIA and Sun Life, where he led the Digital Innovation, Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture functions. Before entering the insurance sector, Gary worked as a management consultant at Accenture and IBM, handling multiple digital transformation projects for global financial services companies across APAC & EMEA countries, from strategy to implementation. Gary holds an MBA degree from the University of Iowa – Henry B. Tippie School of Management in the US. Furthermore, he is a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect, an IBM Certified Senior IT Architect with a specialization in API Integration, an IBM Certified Cloud Solution Advisor, and a Microsoft Certified Azure Cloud Specialist.
