Andy Ann is a co-founder of YAS Digital Limited (YAS), with extensive expertise in big data, digital media, and entrepreneurship. He led YAS’ groundbreaking debut in Hong Kong and is driving the company's expansion into Asia Pacific and ASEAN countries. Andy is also the founder and chairman of NDN Group, a digital conglomerate focusing on data, mobile, and media technologies. He has founded successful companies such as Klarity Analytics, Hot Mob, NOIZChaina and GoImpact Capital Partners.

Andy actively contributes to the business startup community, mentoring high-potential entrepreneurs and participating in local and Silicon Valley incubators. He was recognized as the Young Entrepreneur Winner of DHL and SCMP and nominated as one of the top 50 most influential businessmen in China by Leader's Talk. Andy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Economics and Psychology and holds an EMBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
